If you are registering for a course on behalf of your child or children, you will need to create a parent account first. This can be done during the checkout process or by clicking the "Sign In" button in the top-right corner of your screen. Each child will require a separate child account. To create one, log in and access the parent portal, which is located in the dropdown menu under your username labeled "Profile." From there, click "Add Child" to register a child account.
You can always do this at any time by logging into your parent account. Simply navigate to the parent portal, located in the dropdown menu under your username, labeled "Profile."
If a student is late to a class, they can still log into the classroom and join the remainder of the session. If you need to skip a lesson entirely, please contact us at support@factorofy.com at least one week in advance so we can provide you with a link for a makeup class. Each student is allowed up to three makeup classes per course.
